Dear colleagues,

E.ON aims to remain a competitive employer of choice. Therefore, we have initiated a project to modernize our working conditions in a shared collaborative approach by the company, employee representatives, and trade unions.

In order to achieve this, we need your support: Please participate in the employee survey and let us know what your view on the current working conditions is and what expectations you may have for your future work environment.

Your opinion matters!

Participation in the survey is voluntary, and all information will remain anonymous. The survey is open until August 8th, 2023. Your responses will be used in a consolidated form only. Completing the online questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes.
